About the role

Junior Project Manager

The Junior PM will primarily work day to day with an external vendor to manage timelines, critical deliverables, budgets, trial protocols, data and relationships.

This individual will work with cross functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong ability to lead people and teams with minimum supervision

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills

• Ability to effectively communicate and work in matrixed environment

• Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues in a timely manner

• Ability to translate findings into recommended actions

• Technical background a plus; understanding of clinical trials/pharmaceuticals

• Ability to work independently and in team environment

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to manage and lead projects with great complexity
