Office Assistant

<p>Kahoot! is looking for an Office Assistant for our Wroclaw office to substitute for our Office assistant who will be on parental leave until the end of 2024. We are open to considering both part-time and full-time applicants.</p><p><strong>The team</strong></p><p>We work in a friendly atmosphere with a dynamic team of developers, designers, and product managers who are building Kahoot!: our engagement and learning platform known worldwide, with more than 9 billion non-unique participants since launch. Our staff works from the office mainly three days a week, where plenty of social activities take place.</p><p>The Kahoot! operations in Poland have expanded significantly in the last year. We have two offices, one in Wroclaw, and one in Krakow, and a distributed team for a total of about 60 staff members.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Manage reception operations, acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors</li> <li>Maintaining archive for all supplier agreements and contracts</li> <li>Performing general administrative tasks (invoices, bank statements, and similar)</li> <li>Keep the office presentable and organized throughout the kitchen, meeting rooms, storage rooms/closet, and communal areas</li> <li>Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, and making sure equipment is in working order</li> <li>Organize canteen service and supplies of coffee/soft drinks</li> <li>Support People team in the headquarter, Norway with onboarding and offboarding of employees</li> <li>Book and coordinate flights and hotel accommodations for the staff</li> <li>Organize social events in collaboration with the other Polish office in Krakow.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Relevant experience from similar positions</li> <li>Experience from international work environment is a plus</li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite with the aptitude to learn new software and systems</li> <li>Proactive, structured and accurate</li> <li>Self going and a good team player</li> <li>Service minded and flexible</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>A fast-growing environment</li> <li>An informal and fun but driven culture</li> <li>Private healthcare</li> <li>Pension contribution</li> <li>Gym membership</li> <li>Buddy program</li> <li>Social and company events (virtual and in-person)</li> <li>A diverse, friendly, and international environment </li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>About Kahoot!</strong></p><p>The Kahoot!
