Position Title (Classification Title): Adjunct Instructor Pool (Department of Instructional Design and Technology Working Title: Adjunct Instructor Job Summary: The Department of Instructional Design and Technology at the University of West Florida is seeking qualified applicants to serve as adjunct faculty teaching fully online courses in Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Performance Improvement, and Current and Emerging Technologies at the Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral level.The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate academic department. Department Instructional Design and Technology FLSA: Exempt Minimum Qualifications: Experience teaching online is required of all applicants. To teach Bachelors level courses , a Masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology or a closely related field is required. To teach Masters and Doctoral level courses , a terminal degree in Instructional Design and Technology or a closely related field is required. Position Qualifications: Experience teaching online is required of all applicants. To teach Bachelors level courses , a Masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology or a closely related field is required. Preferred Qualifications To teach Bachelors level courses: a minimum of 3-years professional experience directly related to the course content.
