The Project is to support USACE Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville. AL. The program manager will be responsible for managing the IT and Web-based project.
· The Sr. Program Manager shall be the Team Leader and will be responsible for developing and updating training materials and user manuals, which support the various automated systems, and shall also act as a lead instructor for training courses. · The material to be maintained shall include user manuals, classroom handouts, examinations, instructor manuals, and practical exercises to be used on each of the applications. · The project manager shall be competent in the requirements of the Corps of Engineers System Approach to Training (COESAT) program and ensure all material meets those requirements. · The project manager will be responsible for developing and/or presenting briefings, seminars, or workshop material. · The project manager may be required to analyze and correct functional data contained within the various databases based on the requirements specified by the Government. · The project manager may be required to test and validate system features via QC testing.· The project manager will be responsible for calculating and entering estimated and actual hours for all work requests within PCM, the business management software used to assign work requests (WR) and track help desk calls. · The project manager will be responsible for providing telephone and email support for the system.
Education: · Must have a bachelor’s degree in education, Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology.· Must have a minimum of two years of formal classroom instruction with a preference for those with a background in instructing interactive computer systems. Licenses & Certifications:· Must have DOD 8570 Security+.Eligibility:· Must have four/ eight years of DD1391 Processor experience and its related applications. · Must be able to clear the background investigation.· Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
