About the role
TAL engineering is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and goals, and collaborate on strategies to drive client retention and growth. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization
- Proactively identify and address client needs, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to develop and execute strategies for client retention and growth
- Analyze client usage data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to drive user engagement and adoption
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients to help them achieve their goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experience and driving client success
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the engineering or technology industry is a plus
