Operations Lead- (Part-Time or Full-Time Hours)

We are an exciting new cafe and grocer opening in the heart of Downtown Miami, offering a fresh and welcoming space for our community to enjoy quality food, drinks, and local goods. We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Lead to join our team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Delivery Management: Receive, organize, and monitor inventory shipments to ensure quality and accuracy. Pick up local deliveries as needed.
• Venue Support: Assist with general upkeep and operations of the cafe and grocer, ensuring the space is well-maintained and functional.
• Special Events: Provide on-site support for events, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Physical Tasks: Handle tasks requiring lifting (30-50 lbs) and moving supplies or equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to address operational needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record (vehicle required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous restaurant, foodservice, or grocer experience preferred.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
