Electrician Lead- Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Understands and responds to internal guests needs.  Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner.  Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.  Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests.  Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods.   Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments.  Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests.   Schedules, assigns and participates in the regular Preventive Maintenance program for the Electrical Shop.    Performs work on electrical equipment and ensures safe employee practices. Fabricates and installs all electrical hardware associated with the trade by means of blueprint or oral instruction.  Ensures material inventory levels are maintained and orders supplies as necessary. Maintains all required records specified by management.   Completes special assignments for management as requested.     EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalency certificate.  Minimum five years in Electrical trade.  Current N.J. Electrical Contractor’s License required; must be able to apply for and receive electrical permits as required under his/her license and work in conjunction with A.C.
