Assistant Community Manager

Description

Join our skilled team at Corner Property Management as an Assistant Community Manager (ACM). 

As an ACM, you will work under the supervision of the Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage daily property operations. Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain professional and service-oriented relationships with employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers. 

This position is on-site. The business work week is Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As an assistant, your responsibilities will include:

•  Responding to and following up on inquiries from the Board, directing all non-administrative tasks to the manager.
• Accepting calls on behalf of the association, assisting with unit owner concerns or maintenance issues, and creating work orders as needed.
• Keeping Association Board Member Contact Lists and any Association notes and records organized within company software.
• Issuing Work Orders as needed and notifying the manager for follow-up.
• Coordinating clubhouse rental requests and reservations, as well as pool and gym facilities (if applicable).
• Maintaining information logs for access gate, remote, key logs, and other information in the appropriate location.
• Covering and assisting the Community Manager with break, sick, and vacation coverage.
• Training new and current employees and participating in continuing education for upward mobility.

Salary Description $18 - $23/ per hour
