THE JOB:

As an Assistant Beverage Manager at Mandalay Bay, you'll work alongside the Beverage Managers to oversee the daily operations of our lounges and casino services beverage outlets. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, and upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll also play a key role in training staff and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience for every guest, all while preserving the brand’s reputation for excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department

• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control

• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position

• Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement is preferred

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, to include overnight shift, weekends, and holidays
