The Regional Operations Manager is to strengthen performance and operational consistency across our EMEA data center portfolio. This is a hands-on operational improvement role designed to support country and site leadership teams in delivering consistent, high-quality security services across multiple jurisdictions. The role will focus on standardisation, performance management, and the transformation of underperforming regions, ensuring we continue to protect our clients’ critical infrastructure with excellence and integrity.

Working in close partnership with the Regional Account Director, this position plays a key role in safeguarding service delivery, driving accountability, and improving commercial outcomes across the region. This position requires a highly motivated, energetic, diplomatic and a self-directed individual with excellent time and organizational skills, attention to detail and leadership skills.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operational Performance & Governance

  • Provide structured operational oversight across EMEA data center locations
  • Ensure consistent service delivery aligned to contractual obligations and client expectations
  • Support country leadership in resolving operational challenges and performance gaps
  • Act as a senior operational escalation point when required

KPI Ownership & Performance Discipline

  • Drive performance across core KPIs, including:
    • SLA compliance
    • Incident reduction
    • Client satisfaction
    • Staff retention
    • Audit performance
  • Establish clear regional performance rhythms and review frameworks
  • Lead structured recovery plans in underperforming areas
  • Promote accountability and data-led decision making

Data & Commercial Insight

  • Leverage reporting dashboards and internal tools to inform performance discussions
  • Refine and standardise reporting frameworks across the region
  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support workforce optimisation and predictive staffing approaches
  • Strengthen commercial discipline in partnership with finance and operational leaders

Operational Excellence & Standardisation

  • Drive process standardisation across EMEA
  • Implement operational excellence methodologies and best practices
  • Lead structured transformation initiatives in underperforming regions
  • Support adoption of technology and automation where appropriate
  • Ensure consistency in governance, compliance, and service documentation

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with country leadership teams
  • Support regional client engagement with performance insights and improvement plans
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability

Qualifications

COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven experience within data center security operations (essential)
  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure security environments
  • Experience managing multi-country or multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated capability in operational turnaround or structured performance improvement
  • Strong commercial acumen, including margin awareness and financial performance oversight
  • Advanced analytical capability and experience using reporting tools to drive decisions
  • Ability to influence across diverse cultures and organisational levels

  • 5 years of operational management experience in a fast-paced international environment
  • Right to work in the country of hiring
