How will you make an impact in this role?
Operational efficiency and process excellence are at the core of enabling quality digital products. We are looking for a passionate, multi-faceted, and adaptable strategic thought leader to serve as Vice President in the Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms (EAPP) leadership team and support the organization as a horizontal function designed to drive scale, reliability, and quality in acquisition. There are four core functions this role will lead:
- Enablement & Delivery – Outcome-focused enabler driving EAPP delivery visibility & escalation, product proficiency, and refinement of strategic initiatives.
- Business Process Documentation & Control Design – for the suite of EAPP features throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Process Monitoring & Data Operations – Monitor and identify process & data risk, adhere to and reenforce Enterprise Data Management policies, and support ongoing operational needs associated with acquisition data.
- Product Quality Operations – Ensure all aspects of control and compliance are accounted for, issues are governed & managed effectively and be the product quality champion for EAPP teams, including leading User Testing for new product development.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a global team of high performing, highly talented and engaged colleagues.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders in EAPP and across organizations, to support their business needs and to provide thought leadership to cross functional teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and excellence in EAPP products, platforms, and ways of working.
- Serve as Federated Data Office deputy executive for Enterprise Digital, and manage & govern Acquisition Data
- Lead transformation to ensure robust risk-based business process documentation, control design, and control coverage for EAPP products and features.
- Evolve operating model to strengthen operational effectiveness, risk and control management across EAPP organization
Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners.
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to present complex ideas to senior management in a clear and concise way and influence senior leaders.
- Experience in managing risk, controls or data-related processes within a complex, operational or regulatory environment.
- Experience working on global projects and collaborating with business partners across multiple countries and business units.
- Demonstrated ability to promote and drive change to further improve processes to be more efficient and effective.
