You will be responsible for identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.</span> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs for various teams (Tech, Finance, Sales, etc.).</li><li>Actively source candidates across different platforms and geographies, ensuring diversity in candidate pools.</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ qualifications for different roles.</li><li>Manage and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.</li><li>Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain communication with candidates.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Experience working with ATS systems and scheduling tools</li><li>English B2+ Level</li><li>Polish or Russian B1+ Level would be a plus</li></ul> <h3>What you will get in return: </h3> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
