About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team focused on building advanced Video Analytics Software for EDGE Gateways. This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that enable secure, high-performance video processing and analytics at the network edge, integrated with VPN/EDGE gateway technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement video analytics software optimized for EDGE gateway environments.
- Develop secure and scalable solutions for VPN/EDGE gateway integration.
- Leverage hardware acceleration (NVIDIA GPUs, Qualcomm platforms) for real-time video processing.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency and high-throughput edge computing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, network specialists, and cloud integration teams.
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols for VPN/EDGE gateways.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and C for system-level and application development.
- Experience with NVIDIA CUDA and Qualcomm SDKs for video analytics and edge computing.
- Understanding of VPN protocols, EDGE gateway architecture, and secure communication.
- Knowledge of computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorRT) and real-time video processing.
- Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML models for video analytics.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for edge deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud-edge integration (AWS Greengrass, Azure IoT Edge).
