Summary of Job Duties:

The Coordinator of Undergraduate Student Recruitment is the initial contact for students interested in pursuing an undergraduate major in the Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences, and is responsible for educating prospective students and families about opportunities available at the University of Arkansas, specifically within Bumpers College. The Coordinator will plan and host on and off-campus events for prospective student visits for schools, students, and visits from admissions as they arise. This position will develop and manage a pool of prospective students for Bumpers College and plan and implement effective recruitment strategies/events utilizing market research and ongoing trend analysis to set goals and monitor progress.
