What You'll Do:

  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Partner with Category Managers and Specialists across Category Management to support the strategic sourcing process.
  • Manage competitive sourcing events, build and negotiate contracts across multiple categories, technical categories and complex categories.
  • Lead a mix of global and regional sourcing events, often with competing priorities and challenging timelines.
  • Strong risk management and T&C skills with adequate commercial acumen to find creative and innovation alternatives and strategies.
  • Expertise in contract formation and negotiation that would also include commercial aspects (should cost modeling, supplier market analysis, KPI’s).
  • Lead stakeholder management in partnership with the corresponding Category manager.
  • Lead the RFP evaluation and supplier selection.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • 6+ years relevant experience in complex contracting supporting category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain management or equivalent.
  • Analytical abilities and experience using quantitative insights to make decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Clear and solid understanding of, and practical experience with, enterprise asset management systems (SAP/Oracle), spend management tools (e.g., Ariba, Analysis & Reports), data management tools and source-to-pay systems (eProcurement).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $87,000 - $149,100. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
