What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President, Product Strategy will be responsible for the strategy, development and profitability of the Product Portfolio that will both meet current and emerging market needs. The leader will lead the operating model, business case development and priorities, leveraging the Pragmatic Marketing Framework best practices to create industry leading solutions and market launches that will expand our reach within current and new buyer market segments. The role will have one direct report, initially, and be accountable to build out the structure needed to create a robust portfolio of solutions. This role will need to effectively lead a cross functional team to drive strategy, prioritization and development of new products/services across Digital Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, Partner Success, Business Development, among other key stakeholders.
The Day to Day
Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management
- Drive market insights and key strategies for growth and competitive differentiation.
- Manage the Product Lifecycle Management framework and operating model for cross-company collaboration.
- Build a portfolio of profitable products and services/features to support buyer segment current and unmet needs to achieve growth goals and market competitiveness.
- Lead market insights and product research as well as competitive analyses to create differentiated solutions to remain ahead of market trends.
- Generate input into product concepts from key buyer group stakeholders to ensure alignment with growth projections/validate business assumptions.
