Hourly pay rate: $23.71

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Agent enhances the check-in experience by displaying courtesy and Aloha to all owners and guests through positive action and attitude. The Front Desk Agent produces courteous and prompt resolution of guests’ concerns. Must be able to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal & written communication skills,
• A friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Must possess computer skills and ability to learn operational systems
• Previous Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Work cohesively as part of a team
