Trading Operations Technical Lead

You will act as a key bridge between front office traders, operational teams, and support functions, enabling seamless deal execution across multiple markets and regions. The role combines hands-on operational expertise with people leadership, focusing on capability building, coaching, and continuous improvement. You will contribute directly to risk management, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced trading environment. This position requires strong commercial awareness, technical trading operations knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
