Premium Merchant Funding provides financial solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. We’re looking for a skilled Business Debt Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overdue business accounts and ensure timely collection of balances.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment terms and create payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Work closely with the finance and legal teams.
• Provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business debt collections or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• $60,000 per year
