Job title: Lead Sales Associate
Salary: Starting at $22.02 to $26.47 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
Location: Fife, Washington
The Cabinet Lead Sales Associate executes all aspects of our sales call process and strategies, facilitating and coordinating business activities of accounts and executing PARR sales initiatives. Their primary focus is on prospecting of new residential and commercial contractors, facilitating and coordinating business activities of accounts and executing PARR Sales initiatives.
Interacts daily with Location Managers and both internal and external customers. Interacts regularly with corporate employees (Central Purchasing Department, Account Management Team, and IT Department). Also interacts regularly with vendor representatives and industry associates.
Qualifications

- Working knowledge of personal computers & applications
- Keyboarding at minimum of 30 wpm
- Ten-key by touch
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in sales and building material industry preferred
- Ability to speak, write, and read English required
- Most have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of windows and related inventory
- Ability to achieve competitive sales goals and objectives
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of PARR's selling principles, purchasing principles, practices, and protocols
- Ability to pursue company's best interest when selling to customers
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to daily changing needs/demands of PARR and PARR's customers
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work cordially, professionally, diplomatically and with a high level of customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in dealing with sensitive business matters with internal and external customers of all types. Must maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all information related to company finances and records, particularly, cost of goods purchased and sold.
- Ability and willingness to identify processes, tools and/or procedures that may be improved upon in an effort to improve the workplace and outcomes for our customers.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees at a high skill level and speak effectively in front of groups. Communication can include, but is not limited to: in-person (verbal and non-verbal), written, e-mail, telephone and public speaking to medium size groups
