A Day in the Life

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day systems, tools, and communications that keep our marketing team running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help build the operational foundation that enables marketing to execute efficiently, collaborate effectively, and deliver measurable results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes workings of a modern marketing organization. You’ll work closely with experienced team members across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps — gaining hands-on experience with marketing tech, campaign reporting, internal communications, and project coordination, all with strong guidance and support.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Performance Reporting: Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks in Workfront and Smartsheet, for example, to show marketing operations effectiveness, funnel performance, and marketing ROI.

Internal Communications: Serve as a central point of coordination for internal marketing communications, ensuring key initiatives, updates, and results are clearly communicated across stakeholders and teams.

Process Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation on marketing processes and tools; support onboarding and internal training for team members and stakeholders.

Budget & Vendor Support: Assist in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and marketing budget tracking.
