Job Description

Job Summary

The Mgr, Video Projects/Production manages and reviews all external and high-level internal video projects for entities under the Molina Healthcare brand.

 

Job Duties

1. Develop guidelines and best practices for the video production process and review all video projects prior to publication
2. Manage the video production and review process, which includes collaborating with a cross-functional team, review and provide feedback on videos created by outside vendors or other departments, and obtain, review, and provide feedback on videos created by outside vendors or other departments.
3. Elevate, preserve, and protect the brand throughout the video production process, by creating a video-specific brand guidelines and ensuring that these guidelines are upheld throughout the creation and review of all video projects.
4. Strategize video production work to achieve company goals, by ensuring all video production efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
5. Develop and maintain databases of footage, assets, and final projects

      6. Cultivate and sustain a network of video vendors, by scouting and hiring vendors as needed, ensuring that all vendors are aware               and follow the branding and video production guidelines and create a repository of databases of approved video vendors

 

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, or related field
• 7+ years of related experience with 2+ years of creative direction
• Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles
• Proficiency with design and video software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction

Preferred Qualifications:

Licenses, Registrations or Certifications

• PNP certification preferred, but not required
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Travel Requirements:

Driving: 10 to 20%, may be required for some on-site video production (depending on location)                                                  Air Travel: 10 to 20%, may be required for some on-site video production (depending on location)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function.
