Compensation Range:

$70,197.00 - $105,295.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Coordinates administrative support services for medical staff and officers, including processing of applications and appointments, orientation of new staff members and communication of information between staff departments and administration. Coordinates billing, collection and deposit of staff dues, including maintenance of related records. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Contributes to process improvements. Leads the work of the team. Manages and provides guidance to junior staff.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
