At JP Morgan, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our Markets CRM Product team. This role is based in New York and focuses on supporting the development and enhancement of our Markets CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Markets sector and some background in product management or ownership. Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements for the Markets CRM platform.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and successful delivery of features.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with product objectives.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to support product development.
- Support the Product Manager in stakeholder communication and management, providing updates on product progress and performance.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategic plans to drive the success of the Markets CRM platform.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience within the Markets sector is essential.
- Some experience in product management or product ownership is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
