Job Duties:

• Creates and maintains Nursing schedules
• Schedules Nurses according to care plans and staff availability.
• Maintains staff and client database
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution 
• Other job related duties

Requirements

• Employee Scheduling Experience is a plus!
• Previous Care Coordination a plus! 
• Prefer experience in Health Care Industry
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system 
• Highly Organized & Detail Oriented 
• Interpersonal Communication skills is a must!
• Organized, efficient, forward thinker and proactive.
• 3 years in a professional nursing role and 1 year in pediatrics
