We are looking for a team-oriented, innovative, hardworking individual to provide a full range of administrative support to various support departments at the mill. Assistants at Kimberly-Clark provide a broad range of administrative support, including maintaining department calendars and organizing meetings, data generation, and maintaining files. The incumbent must maintain interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and must be able to self-manage and drive improvements.
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support for Mill Management team and other support teams.
- Deliver basic presentations/communications to teams as needed; and develop communications as necessary to support the site.
- Actively participate and assist with engagement/belonging; Greet and assists all visitors and guests.
- Provide administrative support for ISN and security
- Help define tactics and methods to foster employee engagement, successful change management and acceptance
- Support workshops and/or other forums to focus improvement, transfer knowledge, and engage team members in activities supporting the “People Strategy” initiatives
- Manages office supplies, site contact to manage copiers and the necessary supplies
- Ensures invoices are accurate and processed timely, including the monthly accrual
- Maintain data logs as necessary; Sort mail and manage shipping packages; maintain employee files
- Provides catering and event support for events, meetings, etc.

- High School Diploma or GED; and 3+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Accurate typing, filing, record keeping, grammar, spelling, written and oral communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material.
- Ability to exercise independent problem solving and decision making with a high degree of initiative and self- coordination
- Proficient in Workday, UKG-Pro, and SAP is preferred.
