Senior Software Developer II, Group Lead

<p>Reports to: Senior Manager, Software Engineering</p> <p><em>We are open to remote candidates across Romania for this role.</em></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and support clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data</li> <li>Review product requirements and verify that all requirements can be implemented</li> <li>Assist with the creation of technical design and implementation documentation</li> <li>Design and code software applications and fix defects</li> <li>Provide unit testing coverage for delivered code</li> <li>Work with others to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code</li> <li>Manage software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation</li> <li>Assist support team with troubleshooting and resolution of production issues</li> <li>Manage a group of developers</li> <li>Oversee and coordinate all development tasks of the group</li> <li>Serve as main point of contact for all development-related requests and questions for the group</li> <li>Provide continued mentorship and support for group members</li> <li>Work with the group to provide task estimates</li> <li>Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work</li> <li>Perform other related duties as required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Strong expertise in C#, .Net 6.0 and above</li> <li>Strong expertise with Front end web frameworks such as Blazor</li> <li>Deep understanding of programming principles</li> <li>Experience building apps for iOS and Android with hybrid mobile app development frameworks (e.g. Xamarin, .Net MAUI)</li> <li>Ability to design, develop, and support software modules with medium to high complexity</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated technical leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in .Net and Front end development with Blazor web framework</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong expertise with CSS </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-MM2</p>
