Client Service Representative

At VCA Cabrera we know that our client service representatives are the face of the clinic. They set the tone for the client's experience. The right candidate must be flexible, patient, multitasker, empathetic and have a positive attitude. Some of the responsibilities of a CSR include: answering phones, scheduling/ confirming appointments, maintaining accurate records, resolving customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
