We value a growth-oriented mindset and are dedicated to supporting you in reaching your full potential.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</u></b></p><p><span>Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver and manage projects across a range of key areas, including:</span></p><ul><li>Support the delivery of consulting projects within asset management, including process improvement, regulatory compliance ensuring high-quality outputs and successfully meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with key asset management regulations such as SEC rules, MiFID II, or equivalent regional compliance standards.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with trends and regulatory changes in asset management and financial services.</li><li>Understand of asset management, banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs, providing an exceptional client experience in line with their requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution</li><li>Preparing comprehensive project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Plans, Reports, RAID Logs, Status Updates etc.</li><li>Participate in workshops, interviews, and data collection exercises with clients.</li><li>Supporting Senior Management in overseeing and executing project delivery.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.</li><li>Facilitating workshops to define project scopes and business requirements, ensuring outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Helping project manager by supporting and driving Business Development initiatives including the preparation of proposals and tenders for new client opportunities.</li><li>Work with colleagues to ensure data integrity and regulatory alig
