Director, Marketing Data Science

<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Chime is looking for a Director of Marketing Data Science to lead and scale our Marketing Data Science function during a critical phase of growth. In this role, you’ll set the vision for how marketing analytics drives business strategy.&nbsp; You’ll lead a high-performing team using descriptive analytics, modeling, and experimentation to advise Marketing and Executive leadership on where and how to invest for maximum impact.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $217,000 and up to $300,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
