Summary: 
The CSC Colleague Resource Center - Retail provides telephone support to Retail banking colleagues by answering questions regarding Huntington policies, procedures, customer service issues, and systems, with an emphasis on coaching and Category of One service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing phone support to Huntington Retail banking colleagues by answering questions regarding Huntington policies, procedures, customer service issues, and systems
• Resolving complicated customer issues through completion, within service level
• Recommending process improvements for internal and external customer service
• Providing additional customer support to other specialty lines of business when neede
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3 or more years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the Customer Solution Center or Retail Banking
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Knowledge on the account opening requirements, Argo Teller, ATM support, CD/IRA regulations and Lending Policies preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an added plus
• Proven ability to successfully resolve complex customer service issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, with a genuine enthusiasm for providing "Simply the Best" service
• PC and Internet proficient
