Fleet & Logistics Strategist

We are looking for a high-energy Fleet & Logistics Strategist (Warehouse & Fleet Manager) to be the backbone of our operation.

If you are a master of organization, a wizard with vehicle maintenance schedules, and someone who takes pride in a "lean" warehouse, we want you to lead our logistics in Scranton.

The Impact You’ll Make

You aren't just managing "stuff"—you are managing the speed of disaster recovery. Your efficiency directly impacts how quickly a family can return to their home after a flood or fire.

• The Fleet: Oversee maintenance, GPS tracking, and cleanliness for our iconic green fleet. Ensure every van is a rolling billboard of excellence.
  
  
• The Warehouse: Maintain a "5-Star" warehouse environment. Inventory control, equipment staging, and consumable replenishment (PPE, chemicals).
  
  
• The Equipment: Manage our arsenal of air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty restoration tools. Ensure everything is tested, cleaned, and ready for the next call.
  
  
• The Team: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure crews have exactly what they need before they leave the shop.
