The HQRI Technology and Analytics Product Advancement and Consulting Services team is searching for a new team member to assist in bringing Agile Product Ownership expertise to our organization. HTA is a scrum agile software development shop dedicated to creating the best software and reporting solutions for our Healthcare Quality Reporting and Improvement (HQRI) customers at the speed of business. We desire to enhance our products by empowering product owners to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers. This new senior associate will be instrumental to our existing product team as our group works to provide guidance and ensure proactive communication between our IT support teams, the corporate business teams, and our internal developer teams.

Location: hybrid home, Louisville, KY strongly preferred but open to remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Solution Implementation Professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our software development life cycle (SDLC) by implementing technology solutions to meet a variety of business needs. This position requires working in an agile manner ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality software products and managing requirements to improve product value to our business. This role has particular focus and will be working with our direct IT development teams and partners to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster an intellectual curiosity in the process and product work assigned.

  • Facilitate relevant conversations to capture necessary vision and requirement information for software delivery.

  • Practice presence with involved developer teams to ensure timely delivery of software components.

    • This includes all relevant project meetings, daily standups, and necessary software product turn validation sessions.

  • Assist business teams regarding prioritization of software functions and features.

  • Lead testing efforts where needed, assisting business in determining future features/functions.

  • In office 2 days a week if Louisville based

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

  • 5 or more years of agile software delivery experience

  • Working experience of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile Development Methodologies

  • Experience in IT business analysis

  • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

  • Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Role Desirables

  • Master’s degree

  • Risk adjustment methodology experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$78,800 - $108,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
