Summary: As a Senior Manager within the International Tax Team, this role is primarily responsible to assist with cross-border and international tax planning projects, support cash repatriations and international/foreign tax controversy matters, and provide overall support to the tax team; assist in the review of the international components of the Company’s tax provision from an ASC 740 perspective, and review/preparation of the international components of U.S. federal income tax return related to the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proper US GAAP tax reporting of international operations, which includes supporting the tax compliance process review for the US income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and related disclosures)
- Repatriation of foreign cash in a tax efficient manner
- Support for international income tax audits by gathering information and preparing draft responses
- Support Planning Projects in the EMEA region
- All other associated corporate income tasks as they apply to Dentsply Sirona, Inc. and its subsidiaries
This Position holds the responsibility of the following in collaboration with and under the direction of the US International Tax Team For The EMEA Region:
- Assist in the foreign tax provision process for interim and annual periods
- Provide and understand required and pertinent information for planning purposes
- Assist in the implementation of global income tax reduction strategies
- Working with other business personnel in the international locations to ensure the results of tax returns, tax audits, tax provisions, and planning are accounted for correctly, and necessary steps are taken to respond to tax audit information requests timely and appropriately.
