People and Culture Technical and Staff Functions Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, We are hiring a P&C Technical and Staff Function Intern (m/f/d) in People and Culture Department. The main tasks and responsabilities will be as follow:

 

MY TASKS:

 

• Assistance in reporting monthly GLF Engineering KPIs
• Organization of events in the engineering area
• Control of clocking in/out and notification of absences
• Documentation submissions and employee consultation assistance with support from the Engineering P&C technician.
• Filling of labor documentation
• Processing of risk sheets
• Support to the department in performing other functions

 

MY PROFILE:

 

• Bachelor degree in Law, Psicology, Human Resources or similar
• Human Resources Master is valuable
• Proficiency level in English is needed (C1)
• Proactive, creative and dinamic profile is required
