Position Overview
MediaKind is seeking a business-oriented and execution-focused Senior Vice President - Corporate Technology (SVP). Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the SVP will serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders across the business.

This leader will define and execute MediaKind’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing Business Technology, Enterprise Architecture, PMO & Transformation, and Infrastructure & Security Operations. The SVP will serve as executive sponsor for MediaKind’s most critical transformation priorities, post-combination integration, ERP and CRM consolidation, and the successful exit from our recent Transition Services Agreements (TSAs).

Working with functional IT leaders and business stakeholders, this leader will set clear priorities, manage enterprise risk, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
• Execute the multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, growth plans, and value creation initiatives, translating it into delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global technology organization capable of supporting a rapidly growing and acquisitive business.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, portfolio management, and delivery disciplines that enable effective prioritization and consistent, predictable execution.
Business Technology, Data & Enterprise Architecture
• Lead strategy, governance, and evolution of enterprise business applications, data platforms, analytics capabilities, and enterprise architecture and engineering.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards and governance processes that ensure a scalable, secure, and integrated technology ecosystem aligned with the target-state architecture.
• Develop enterprise data, business intelligence, analytics, and AI capabilities that improve decision-making, operational performance, and business insight.
Infrastructure, Security & Digital Workplace Operations
• Lead cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, digital workplace services, and end-user technology operations, including the employee collaboration stack (Slack, Zoom, Box, and Microsoft 365).
• Maintain cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management capabilities.
M&A Integration & Enterprise Transformation
• Serve as executive sponsor and accountable technology leader for business combinations, integrations, separations, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Define the target-state technology environment and approve the strategic roadmap, sequencing, investment, and risk posture for major transformation programs.

• Provide executive oversight for the consolidation of MediaKind’s ERP, CRM, data, infrastructure, and enterprise application environments.
• Maintain accountability for TSA exits, ensuring required capabilities, migrations, and service transitions are completed within agreed timing, budget, risk, and business-continuity parameters.
Vendor, Financial & Operational Management
• Own enterprise technology budgeting, financial planning, and investment management.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology sourcing activities.
• Optimize technology investments, SaaS portfolios, and operating costs while maintaining service quality and business alignment.
