Manager, Clinical Operations

Description

 Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Operations, the Manager Clinical Operations oversees the activities of the clinical operations and ensures its smooth and efficient functioning.  

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the operation of assigned clinics. 
• Supervises MA Leads, MAs and clinical support team members.  
• Trains staff and assigns responsibilities to team.  
• Performs employee-related functions.  

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinics they are assigned. 
• Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HealthyU policies and procedures. 
• Handles patient escalations and complaints for their assigned clinics, escalates trends. 
• Reviews and approves medial supply orders in adherence to HealthU procurement process. 
• May assist in budget planning and cost analysis. 
• Coordinates with internal and external partners. 
• Ensures quality and safety measures are met per state, federal, and HealthyU requirements. 
• Facilitates and participates in team huddles and training. 
• Creates ad-hoc reporting as needed for special projects or follow-up items. 
• Other Duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Ability to organize and coordinate clinic activities. 
• Demonstrated supervisory ability. 
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations. 

Education and Experience: 

• Four to six years of experience in a clinical setting.  
• MA Certification or licensed nurse 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
