Project Managers lead projects to onboard new customers and extend the benefits of existing customers. Our mission is to ensure that our customers get the most out of our solutions, not just as part of the onboarding process, but throughout the customer lifecycle. Our Project Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success. 

The Project Manager is part of the Customer Operations team at Kaleris and is responsible for all aspects of projects. In this role you will work closely with other members of the Kaleris team, including sales, support, and operations to provide cross-functional leadership. This position is a highly visible one and requires a high-energy, positive individual who thrives on providing service excellence to every customer. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and driven to success. 

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation of Kaleris Inland Solutions with customers. The role entails onboarding customers, as well as managing upgrades, expansions, and optimization initiatives. 

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives. 

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. 

  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. 

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. 

  • Track project costs against budget. 

  • Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution. 

  • Coordinate the successful implementation of Inland Solutions through training, onsite support and other means as required. 

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle. 

  • Measure project performance to identify success along with areas for improvement. 

 

Qualifications 

  • BS or MS degree. 

  • At least 7 years relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing projects in the range of 400 to 2,000 hours of effort. 

  • Strong project management, risk management, consulting, and process improvement skills. 

  • Proven ability to execute a project change control process. 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and schedule. 

  • Quickly build rapport and establish effective business relationships. 

  • Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to a global
