We are seeking a HR Operations Specialist, located in the Atlanta area.

The HR Operations Specialist role will assist with HR administrative tasks, oversee HR process review, compliance, and audit preparation and provide support to streamline HR processes and projects.

This position requires a strong ability to "get things done" while balancing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR audits by organizing documentation, preparing compliance reports and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with HR communications related to benefits, policies, and employee programs.
  • Help track key HR metrics and support reporting needs.
  • Review and streamline HR processes to drive efficiency and project management of key HR projects
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Support in HR analytics and reporting to drive insights.
  • Coordinate and drive key HR Projects to completion

Experience & Skills

  • Three or more years of experience in project management, business and/or HR operations (experience in a global or technology company is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and audit preparation.
