HP Solutions Finance are recruiting for Senior Finance Director to drive and lead their Hybrid Systems GBU & Category finance team, as well as providing end to end support to the Hybrid Systems business leaders.

This role will be responsible for driving and leading the combined Hybrid Systems GBU and Category finance teams in support of the worldwide Hybrid business both for current and future business and will require a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse team distributed across the different markets, and who works effectively on a global scale, comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the Hybrid Category value creation agenda. This includes managing financial planning processes, supporting market finance teams, and driving growth and margin plans across different regions. 

This role is also responsible for leading and innovating in the Hybrid GBU Finance area, with focus on various financial processes, including headcount and OPEX management, LTP process, management reporting, and financial modeling. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large global team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across geographies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the Hybrid Systems GBU and Category Finance objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across functions.
• Provide audit support, managing relationships with internal audit, CFR, EY, and other auditors.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing global teams and driving financial performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
