The Aircraft Cleaner Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning crews to aircraft in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures that all aircraft cleaning operations are executed according to schedule, safety standards, and airline specifications. The dispatcher acts as the communication hub between cleaning teams, operations control, and airline representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cleaning crews to aircraft based on arrival/departure schedules and crew availability.
- Monitor flight schedules and adjust cleaning assignments in real-time to accommodate delays or changes.
- Communicate clearly with team leads, supervisors, and airline personnel to ensure timely service.
- Track and document cleaning activities, crew assignments, and service completion times.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, security regulations, and company policies.
- Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Support cleaning crews with logistical needs such as equipment, supplies, and access coordination.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in aviation, dispatching, or operations coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficient in using radios, scheduling software, and basic computer applications.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand for extended periods.
