About You

The Senior Analyst will be tasked with partnering with the Data Science & Analytics (DS&A) Managers and internal + client stakeholders and will support and contribute to measurement, reporting, performance, insights and optimization deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to help identify the “why” or “so what” from a myriad of different data sources and will be able to act as subject matter expert and be a partner to both our internal teams as well as our day-to-today clients and their extended teams.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • Experimental testing: Discussing test setup and implementation with key stakeholders and determining data requirements. Extracting and manipulating data to analyze and monitor test progress. Measuring test performance and developing a cohesive narrative with clear, easily understandable conclusions and actionable recommendations in a concise and organized manner.
  • Integrating reporting across channels for large programs; and leading internal measurement discussions and developing relevant QA practices  
  • Supporting and providing input on design, execution, and interpretation of test results 
  • Identifying needs for analysis and guiding team members on techniques and interpretation 
  • Working closely with the DS&A Managers and internal teams to assess the campaign’s technical measurement and data requirements (e.g., analytics coding)  
  • Building measurement plans against learning and business objectives, with minimal direction  
  • Using multi-touch attribution/ attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between marketing channels

QUALIFICATIONS   

  • 2-3+ years of relevant web and digital marketing and analytics experience
  • Excellent understanding of the online measurement ecosystem and media performance metrics
  • Strong ability and desire to think analytically with strong problem solving technical skills
  • Experience with R and/or Python for statistical analysis
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau
  • Familiar with using SQL to manipulate datasets from various sources
  • Background in programmatic analytics 
  • Experience accessing data from ad serving tools (DFA/DCM, etc...), Paid Search Platforms (AdWords, Bing, etc...), Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)
  • Attribution Solutions (Visual IQ, Adometry)

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Fundamental understanding of media/site tagging and data collection for various media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
  • Requires excellent organizational, written, and communication skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
