Job Description

As a Strategic Project Manager focused on Sales Optimization you will be working side by side with the President of the Americas to execute and deliver high-impact strategic projects. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a driven character, and a hands-on mentality who strives for operational excellence. As a member of the Americas leadership team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments including strategy, product management, sales, marketing, and all corporate units to ensure successful project completion while meeting business requirements and maintaining quality standards. Your role will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at optimizing TeamViewer's operational performance (with a sales focus) in the US market. 

  • The go-to-person for the President of the Americas strategic and operational subject matter. 

  • Use data analytics to drive insights and recommendations for steering our business and improving sales performance and operations. 

  • Identify areas of improvement and assess commercial impact. 

  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and other project-related documentation to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define project scope and objectives, and prioritize project deliverables. 

  • Manage project risks and issues, identify mitigation strategies, and communicate them to stakeholders. 

  • Conduct regular project status meetings with project team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership, reporting on progress and risks. 

  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards, including agile methodologies, and continuously look for ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Provide operational support to sales teams, including the development of sales strategies and tactics, sales enablement programs, and sales operations. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration or a related field that qualifies you for analytical work and operational execution. 

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, either within a technology company or a background in professional services. 

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously and experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively. 

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana or equivalent 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, and reporting. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. 

  • Driven character with a focus on operational excellence and a desire to achieve outstanding results. 

  • Hands-on mentality and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done. 

  • Output driven and committed to meeting or exceeding project goals and deadlines.
