The Program Director is a key leadership position responsible for the oversight of 4–7 program sites and the direct supervision of program supervisors. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, licensing compliance, and the professional development of frontline leaders. Directors are expected to manage daily operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and lead their teams with consistency and accountability. Through strong program oversight and strategic problem-solving, the Director plays a vital role in sustaining stability and driving improvements across their assigned sites.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience overseeing supervisors in a 245D setting.
• Strong working knowledge of 245D licensing requirements and documentation standards.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Effective communicator who works well with interdisciplinary teams.
