Senior HR & Payroll Specialist

We are looking for and independent Senior HR & Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in Poland.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for accurate and timely delivery of payroll data to accounting office
• Providing subject matter expertise for all pre-payroll and payroll processes and respond to all internal payroll queries connected with perm employment contracts
• Preparation of required employment documentation
• Cooperation with the external Accounting Office
• Participation and creation of procedures, regulations and internal legal acts
• Implementation and maintaining of new payroll system for the company
• Administration of employee benefits
• Direct cooperation with official vendors such ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an independent position in the HR and/or payroll team
• Bachelor’s or master's degree preferably in finance or HR related courses
• You are ready to perform tasks from the entire spectrum - from operational tasks to strategic ones related to the delivery of the entire policy/regulation
• Solid understanding of payroll and HR administration best practices
• Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law, tax and payroll regulations
• You take ownership; end-to-end accountability for resolution
• Very good English (at least strong B2)
• Fluent Polish language
• Knowledge of modern payroll tools and how to implement them
• Experience in Technology or GameDev company is a plus
• Experience with increased revenue costs (IP rights)
