Position: Senior Engineer

Location: New York (Hybrid 2 - 3 days a week)

XEN is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will be crucial to our business growth efforts. As we progress, we are eager to work with professionals who are experts in their domains, aspire to progress their careers with us, and have the potential to be future leaders. This role will report directly to the 

About our tech stack: We use React for our web applications and Ruby on Rails for our backends. Our data is stored in MySQL and our services are hosted in AWS. We're more than happy to discuss our tools further during the interview process! This role reports directly to the CTO.

Additional qualifications (in order of importance):

• Experience in building backend services and APIs (Ruby on Rails or Python)

• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Experience with infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Terraform)

• Experience in developing Web Applications (React)

• Previous work in a Tenanted structure
