Technical Project Manager

The Work:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of technical projects within a SOC environment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead agile project teams, implementing agile methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain agile practices.
- Create detailed reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly, providing solutions and escalation paths as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and final deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and procedures within the SOC environment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Here's what you need:
- 5 years of experience in technical project coordination/management, preferably within a SOC or cybersecurity environment.
- Bachelors Degree required
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience creating reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Experience presenting to stakeholders
- Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
