Global Mobility Sr Associate (Remote Eligible)

As an integral part of the global mobility team, the Global Mobility Senior Associate will support the program in the areas of US and global immigration, project management, international assignments, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Work with global mobility leadership and multi-disciplinary teams including HR, payroll, finance and tax in supporting the full lifecycle of global assignments including: assisting in running cost projections, creating and administering assignment and relocation agreements, articulating and organizing immigration and assignment procedures, assisting participants throughout the process, and coordinating efforts with internal and external partners to ensure a highly efficient and smooth experience for participants.
Serve as point of contract for international business travel assessments and compliance activities. Engage and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, IT, and duty of care guidelines. Provide "case management" for non-US immigration requirements of international business travelers. Collaborate with external vendors on the initiation and administration of immigration.
Collaborate with external vendors on the initiation and administration of immigration and global assignments or relocations. Establish strong relationships with external vendors; provide direction and assistance to vendors as needed. Communicate clearly and effectively on immigration requirements, government procedures, case processing times to HR, employees and appropriate business leaders. Carefully track and monitor critical deadlines and proactively identify and discuss with appropriate individuals. .
Responsible for maintaining relocation, immigration and international business resources for internal partners and employees to include: FAQs, policies, and process documents.
Keep abreast of market trends and business challenges, benchmark with industry peers and gather market data to ensure mobility programs are aligned with changes in market, business and/or regulatory conditions. Make recommended program updates as needed.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience – required
Human Resources or related field emphasis – preferred
Any one or more of the following certifications are preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), or Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) or Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification
EXPERIENCE
Required minimum of 3 years of Experience in: Global Mobility, non-US Immigration, experience working with 3rd party vendors.
Experience with US Domestic Relocation- preferred
