Sr Analyst Finance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to understand and validate financial assumptions.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required, providing analytical support and guidance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis, incorporating relevant insights into business strategies.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
