JOB SUMMARY: Plan, supervise, and coordinate all phases of the District's Title I program. Integrate knowledge of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) within the system. Promote equity, access, and opportunity to meet the needs of students from diversified backgrounds. Assist with communication between departments and Title I team members and programs. Ensure compliance with State and Federal mandates and grant application requirements and work directly with key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. Job Task Descriptions Frequency Percentage of Time

1.

Ensure compliance with Title I federal guidelines and collaborate with Title I principals to ensure high-quality instruction.

Daily 30%

2.

Provide supervision, support/guidance, and leadership development for Title I school staff. Evaluate personnel assigned to the Title I operating budget.

Daily 20%

3.

Collaborate with instructional staff, administrators, and other agencies/organizations to ensure the implementation of program goals and guidelines. Communicate school improvement efforts to strengthen professional learning communities, standards-based education, and increased student achievement.

Daily 15%

4.

Analyze assessment data to guide school principals and teachers on Title I programming with the goal of students attaining adequate educational growth.

Weekly 10%

5.

Provide training, monitoring, and approval for all budget requirements and expenditures for Title I programs.

Weekly 10%

6.

Prepare the Title I section of the consolidated grant as well as reports for the Board of Education, District Leadership Team, District staff, and/or any other necessary stakeholders/agencies related to Title I. Communicate and disseminate information concerning Title I to the public.

Monthly 5%

7.

Represent the district at state and local meetings regarding Title I.

Quarterly 5%

8.

Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
